Performance and Application:

Metal ink is a single component low temperature baking type metal glass ink. It can be printed on glass, metal, ceramic, part baked paint and thermosetting resin. It has the advantages of strong adhesion, chemical resistance, toughness and impact resistance of ink layer. Gk-3000-2 ink has brilliant color and good printability. It can be used for screen printing of household appliance glass, metal sign, ceramics and other products.

Grease resistance	Dip the cotton ball in salad oil, wipe it 100 times with 500g, no abnormality.
Alcohol tolerance	Dip the cotton ball with alcohol, wipe it 100 times with 500g, no abnormality.
Impact resistance	200g steel ball falls from 1m height, and the ink layer does not burst (printed on the aluminum plate).

3、Drying: bake at 165 ℃ for 30 minutes, then place at room temperature for 48 hours.
