2024-10-17 14:41:27

Next, I will introduce to you the precautions for the use of the Ceramic scraper ring ink cup, so that you can proceed smoothly during use.

●Choose a suitable diluent: quick-drying thinner, medium-drying thinner, slow-drying thinner.

●Ink mixing method: ink (any color): 100 copies; thinner: 20-25 copies; print after fully mixing.

●Conditions for the ink: 150℃-180℃, surface drying for 5-10 minutes, actual drying for 30 minutes

●Before printing or spraying, be sure to effectively remove dust and oil from the printed materials, otherwise it will affect the adhesion of the ink and the smoothness of the ink layer. This is especially important

●In the printing process, the complexity of the application and the materials, the user should try a small amount of use before needing to use it in batches, and after sufficient testing and confirming that it meets the requirements, it can be used in batches. Guaranteed effect

●If you want to further improve the leveling or defoaming effect of the ink layer during the printing process, you can add 0.5-1% defoamer according to the weight of the ink, and mix it thoroughly before printing.

●Halogen-free metal inks should not be mixed with inks of different series and brands to avoid adverse reactions. Remember.

●Halogen-free metallic ink should be stored in a cool and dry place and sealed with the back cover. And care should be taken to avoid open flames and high temperatures. The shelf life at room temperature is 24 months.
